How do I update my payment method? 

You can update your payment method at any time directly in the MoviePass app. In the “Account” tab, select “Payment Methods” from the menu options. A pop-up screen should appear where you can enter your debit or credit card number as well as your billing info. 

If you're account is Past Due, you'll see a banner at the top of your homescreen that says "Couldn't Process Payment". You can update your billing info and retry the payment by clicking directly into this banner. 

Please note that MoviePass does not accept prepaid cards or PayPal or Apple Pay at this time.
